Our hiring process, so you don’t feel ghosted

Application
See the list of positions for our different departments that you can apply for. Since we are always on the lookout for talent, our emails are always waiting for you. Just fill out the formand your job application will be with our HR team.

Review
Our HR team, along with the respective department’s lead, reviews the application carefully. If shortlisted, you will receive a call to schedule an interview with the lead. Sometimes, for a detailed assessment, you may receive a test prior to the call.

Interview
Your initial interview will be with the team lead where we will have a conversation about all things position-related. If the lead gives a green signal, your next interview is set with one of our mentors, directly concerned with your position.

Onboarding
And if all goes well, you become a Sparkz ! There’s a carefully crafted onboarding process where we integrate you into the system of Sparkz – from work practices to cultural nuances. You get a buddy who helps you in the process.
